Attack: Steam Engine
Chuck’s main attack involves shooting a cloud of mist from his hat, which pierces through enemies and can hit them up to three times. The steam clouds move at a speed of 1750, which allows them to travel distance quickly. This attack has a medium range of 6.67 tiles and takes 2 seconds to reload.
Each shot deals 540 damage at maximum range and 1620 damage at close range. The total damage can reach 3 × 540, meaning if all shots hit, it can deal up to 1620 damage at maximum range or 3240 damage at minimum range.
However, his attack is less effective in close range due to its long delay and slower reload speed. He uses his special ability to create more damage opportunities against close-range brawlers like Tara or Griff. The steam attack is an excellent tool for dealing damage from a distance, especially when aiming for enemies that are closer to him.
Super: Choo-Choo
